| I loved this picture of tulips I took one spring and have painted it more than once. The first I actually gave away and wanted another but this one hasn't turned out as nice. What do you think? |

Thank you intcede! Well, as I've said before about my paintings, I tend to fuss alot. This one has been held under the bathtub faucet to wash the background off. As a result all the edges are smudged. I kind of like the effect but not sure how it comes across.

I think I would like to see 2 or 3 tulips with a little more definement. It's very soft. Kathy |

| I agree, it's soft but personally I like it very much with all those lost edges and the detail of the one tulip which is the centre of interest . The composition and the way you handled the light on the left side lower is wonderful tami. |

| I like it, too! The contrast of the background with the tulips is stiking and I love what the bathwater did to the edges. |
