Subject: Draw Me After You

Song of Solomon 1:4 says, "Draw me after You and let us run together."  I've been praying that for the 5 years since my husband died.  Sounds easy enough, but try it.  Live in the Presence 24 hours a day.  It requires the help of the Holy Spirit. 
When I was drawing the figures in this painting, I had such an intense experience with the Lord.  This one I'll have framed and hang on my wall.  Its a promise to me that God is doing what I asked.

This one must be extra special. It is beautiful and holds so much meaning for you and it shows. I had two relatives pass away this past month. As one of the spouses said, "It is only by God that one foot can step in front of the other". I'm sure you've had days like that. Just remember to look at the peaceful face on your painting and you'll quickly be reminded of Whose you are.

Kim, you can share with your relatives for me that I wouldn't have made it thru without the Lord. He has held my hand the entire way even when I couldn't see it and has brought me out into a wide place. It was a painful road, but I love who I am and where i am now. He's done a good job of taking care of me.
