A very pleasing painting. I like your addition of lavender (I guess that's mauve). It helps to keep the painting lively.

Thanks Kassie, recently i took a workshop where the teacher said, "why can't the sky be yellow (instead of blue) and the road be purple (instead of gray)? So i picked up 2 lavenders - mauve and dioxazine violet. I used them both in this painting - and posted the painting to hear everyone's comments.

Priti, great painting! You managed the colors very well and got all of those pots/containers painted symmetrical - not an easy job sometimes.

Hi Priti,
This is very beautiful!  Great use of colors and the shapes are wonderful.  Something I have a hard time with.  The only thing that I see that needs a little rework is the shadows on the right three vessels, they seem to be too heavy of a line.  Your shadow on the left of the painting is really natural, but I think the right looks like drawn lines around the bases.  Love the colors on this one!

thanks Kim and Deb. I agree with the darkness below the pots on the right.
