Here is another version of the same painting. I need help in deciding which is better. Which one can i enter in a contest? Do any of them need changes before i enter? Thanks for the help.

Hi Priti,
I would go for the first one. MHO, it feels more balanced. In either painting the railing in the foreground puts me off a bit, I think it takes the viewer's eye out of the picture.

Thanks Jim. I was reading several books about color right before i did these. I loved Jeanne Carbonette's loose style and tried to include it in the background.
