Lung Tom: Lung is Thai for "Uncle" the u is pronounced as a oo as in loose.

Well done. So lifelike. It almost looks like a photo. May God keep him safe and watch over all our military. My oldest son was in the Navy and always seemed to be in the hot spots. I know how you feel.

I know some artists paint photo realism but I have never seen anything to compare with the painting of that rifle.

My son was in IraQ with the 2nd Brigade in Computer battlefield work. It was was quite dangerous as they worked out of the Stryer Units, a very popular target for the insurgents! The painting brought me to tears as no mother should have her "baby" shooting. You did an amazing job with the painting in all aspects and I love it! Thanks for the bittersweet beauty!
