I guess the perspective on the middle part of the buildings is a bit too much slanted...the height of the building does not warrant that. Also, the building on the right side is more 2 dimensional in perspective, whereas the one on the left is more 3D.
Otherwise the colors are very well done.

I still lthink the lines of perspective arer wrong beginning at the corner of the front building to the tree. It needs a continual perspective line from the front building to the back of the building, and leave the tree to the end when the coorrect angle has been achieved. you have a enourmous style and capability going for you so don't you dare give up

Your second painting is much, much better. I see the blue trees in the backgriund on the left are the same value as the roof. Also I wouldn't put the green tree in the middle, but it isn't as pronounced as the first.

Don't give up! I once painted some a bunch of blueberries. I was dissappointed and tossed in the trash. My wife took it out and had it framed. Sometime we try for some effect and do not get it and become disappointed. In my case it was very loose but I was striking for for more detail. It still hangs in our kitchen so..

Don't give up!
