Hi
There is no need for photo realism - but a more little composition for a better balance would be helpfull

Thank you Egon, I'm an old man and only paint for my own pleasure. I like what someone wrote a short time ago. "Just paint." That is what I do. I paint what I see. The creek running under the center of the city is what I saw. I'd need a city permit to move the buildings.

After I was set up to paint I found that I forgot the water cup.  The building on the left is owned by a friend.  He gave a plastic cup to me.  I put all my coins in it and water.  The coins kept it from blowing away.  When finished painting I dumped the water and coins into Mill Creek do to forgetfulness.

Hi - Yes I know - but you are not to old to try something new

3 weeks ago we had an exhibition - the artist is 96 years and is still active

Only the speech at the vernissage was done by his son - a retired teacher

Cheers Egon

I like this...it has a certain charm...which I think you can only get with the kind of lightness you use. Sorry about your change...but it is something funny to remember! Keep painting and show us some more!
