Painted specifically for the internment of President Gerald Ford last year. A giclee hangs in the memorial for Marines Co. A  in Grand Rapids as well.

Great shoes! what you've painted really delves into that extra something that makes a painting a piece of art. More than a good composition or color choices or style, it's the sense of something more. Nice work!

Being a retired military man and veteran of WWII and two tours in the Korean War this painting bring tears to my eyes.  Brings back memories of departed friends.

Thank you so very much for this outstanding piece of art. As an Army Mom and wannabe W/C ist I am very grateful. The folds of cloth and the shoes are terrific!

This painting tells the story in a very simplistic use of parts. Well painted.
