Egon:

Lovely effects. How I wish I could paint en plein air, but alas my advancing years make this impossible. I'm restricted to studio painting from photographs or rough sketches made on the spot. I envy you the opportunity to get outdoors with all the freshness that goes with it. Looking forward to more of your work.

Egon,

I really like your style and the feeling that you put into your painting. I have enjoyed looking at your work here and on your website.

Regards,

Greg.

Another great one Egon. What a palette you have to
paint from.

@ Jim - I have 2 simple sets of palettes one is Winsore Newton ( standard 12 colours )
the second one is 12 pan Schmincke (German brand )- but I mix everything

Ooops! I was trying to get a smaller photo in the left-hand column. How do I do that? Any advice?

There are many roes there - sometimes stages tooo

@ John  - but I had also to walk about 1/2 hour - stands are far away from streets

Thanks Retha, I'll give it a try. This site is quite different in that you can't open up a thread and post - say - a demo consisting of multiple images and text. There appears to be no way you can "preview" what you're preparing to send and thus add more images. I hope to be posting a step-by-step demo in the next few days so I'll see how I make out.
