Hi Retha - its a nice motive - The perspective is a little of (door, roof ) and I miss some shadows |

| Other than the perspective this has a lovely loose feel to your technique. Very solid composition and execution. |

NOW THIS HAS THE QUALITIES THAT MAKE A TRUE WATERCOLOR!!!
Note the lively brush strokes ------- fluidity of the medium!!! ------ sparkle of the white paper!!! With all these great features forget any perspective problems. It is not a dead photograph. If you want a technically correct building get an architect to make a drawing for you!!!
I love this work!

I like it. Very painterly, as they say. The dark shadows on
the trees are nice and give it added depth. I'd like to see some
more of that on the cottage.

| Very nice and loose, not muddy anywhere, good going for the browns in it.Watercolors and browns give me problems. The roof is the only thing that is distracting. scochran |

Very nice. It has a liveliness within it. The roof's highlight seems to be on the other side compared to the other highlights like the door and rocks in th efront.

Hi Retha, Looking at this painting reminds me of the summer when we were at the beach on vacation. Right now snow is still on the grass. Very nice painting. Anna. |
