I was thinking about entering one of these paintings in a local show. It will be the first time I have tried that. Does anyone have an opinion as to which one to enter? I have one additional painting I will post next. Thanks for any feedback

These are very lovely - all three of them. My favorite is the first one - sort of feels like waking up to a new day and it's dramatic. But all three are equally qualified, I think. Best of luck to you.

Well , I agree with Kim that they are all lovely but my favourite one is the tulips . Love the composition and the colours.

My favorites are the first and the tulips. They're both wonderfully done. The stems on the tulips virtually glow...quite beautiful. Good luck. Linda

I guess I'm the odd man out , I like the 3rd one for an exhibition , although the tulips are more likely to win a prize.

I also prefer the third one as it has more contrast and much more depth. It has a better light and dark in it's composition. I will be waiting for the third one.

I like the first one and the tulips. You captured that "Sedona" red perfectly. The third one is too cold for the southwest - too much blue.

Now that I look at the reference photo, it is a whole lot warmer. I hadn't thought about that before.
