Another girl in the office. She is a very stong character.  I think I caught it. Thank you for looking and welcome comments/critiques. May be the the proportion has problem, from the eye line to the top of head, a little bit too short, but she's like this, not sure should I change it.

Wonderfully executed, and a striking look in the eyes which give this portrait a special quality.  Like it very much.  Good choice of tones also.
