I'm interested in your critique. A figure study I did this week. What do you think of color choice, perspective, etc.. What would you do differently? Also, the situation is open to interpretation. What do you think happened here when you look at this picture? -Bruce2

I like your choice of colors. Especially the blues. It set a mood.
Perspective is fine,as far as what's going on like you said it's open to
interpretation. To me she's not happy with what she has done or is
about to do and he's either gloating at what he has done or is contemplating
what he is about to do. The messed up bed points to the former, but him being
fully dressed points to the latter. Just my humble opinion.

All the best,
Jim

Thank you Jim, I guess for me it seems to have too much color. I might choose to desaturate the color if I had it to do over again. Also the sheet seems to be off - need to adjust those wrinkles... I think I might tone down the hair as well. Thanks!

I adjusted saturation and darkness of both her hair and the background. This has a clearer focal point and a bit more drama. What do you think? I have no idea how I am going to adjust the saturation and darkness of the entire background but, it might be worth trying. I might just try using sizing or fixative - have you ever used it in that manner? -Bruce

I actually like both of them!
What's happened? Hmmmm, I'm thinking caught in an affair? Or possibly him walking in on her uninvited?
Nice work!

I've looked at this one several times and each time I'm amazed. I don't have a critique - only praise.
