To me the background shows movement. I'm not sure if that's what you were going for, but it takes away from the piece ...at least it does for me. It almost feels as though everything is being pulled to the right. Maybe if you go back in and blend the background a bit more it would help?

I agree with Mike. If you blurred the background it would make your butterfly pop. You
might want to consider using some darks on it and the plant too.
