This is my latest pastel. I took the reference about mid august...It is roughly 15 X 24 on colorfix paper... Here's the thing... It fell on me as I was adjusting my easel and I caught it with my hand. I had a huge smear I had to fix and rework. Can anyone tell where I had to fix it?... I'm hoping not, but.....

Not me. BTW - the water is phenomenal. I'm glad you were able to salvage it.

Yeah!!! I was so crushed when it smeared. I'm glad I was able to fix it. Thanks everyone for the nice comments!... I think I can move onto my next one now....

This is just great. When I first looked at it, I thought it was an oil or an acrylic. You have painted that water so smoothly! Beautiful. Now I've got to go back to the Challenge on water to see if you've posted anything there. If not, this one would probably be a winner! Gene

Gene, No I didn't enter it in the water challenge cuz I didn't think it would get anywhere. Thank you so much for your vote of confidence... It means alot. Mike, 'Master of the Sticks'?!!! No. Far from it. There is still so much I need to learn and to try... for example... I suck at rocks and wood grain...But I keep trying and keep pushing so maybe there is hope for me yet...Thank you for the compliments, tho...
