If you had to name three of your favorite artists working in oil pastel, who would they be? Whose work never fails to inspire you? Check out this gorgeous painting by George Shipperley, for example. Or this skyscape by Shirley Bernstein?

Sorry, don't really know oil pastel artists but that one by Shirley Bernstein is stunning...
