I like to go back to paint the same place if I could not do it right last time. Hopefully I am getting better. Painting at the time of the day like this can only allow you to paint 30 to 40 min., the rest of that was from memory.

I agree with the comments above and I can appreciate the problems with plein air painting. Personally, I hate it and I think that the camera is the best way to capture the moment and beats all types of sketches and notes. This painting and a photograph should give you plenty of material to do a large canvas. You are very talented and you have a good sense of color. Keep up the good work.

Thank you all for your encouraging comments!
For me, nothing can instead of plein air. The feel of being one of them(nature) and a touch of them(the sun, wind, air, rain and mood), nothing can compare. I don't even take photos now because photo changes my feeling of being there. May be I don't have a good camera. But even I do, camera don't have feelings. This is just my very personal feel. One thing that I hate is my ability to catch it. If I do, I will be the happiest person in the world.
