I was so smitten by the swirling skirts I forgot to draw through to get the figure right.
I painted the dresses first. Then I tackled the face, shoes, etc. I purposely put a light background behind her face so if the convalutions of her face are wrong it won't be so obvious. Oil 12 x 16 on canvas.

This was a wet canvas challenge from earlier this year. Forgot to write down the date.

WoW! This turned out great. So much color and detail. I don't see a problem with her face. Well done.

I see why you were smitten with the skirts. I don't see the problem with the face, my focus goes to the skirts, I love the bright crisp colors in this. Well done!!
