Hi, I'm new to this forum. I started painting at a young age but for one reason or another I stopped painting for thirty five years. I decided to start again last year and this time around get very serious about it. This is my latest oil, an 11x14 study of Cheasapeak Bay. I plan to do a much larger one but this was my first attempt at painting seascapes so thought I would start small to see how it turned out.
