That's the one! A bit too crowded for my taste now...not sure if it's Wildwood or me that changed...a little bit of Maine or Charleston is to my liking now when I get a chance!

This is a great painting. Love the colors - very lively and gives one a feeling of 'fun'.

Jim, you may not be as old as I am, but this reminds me of when I was a kid and we cooked Jiffy Pop over the stove and watched the flattened silver foiled spiral open up before our eyes. This is like seeing it in color! Really cool! (Have you thought about adding just a tiny bit more color, not much, to the center circle?)

Have you narrowed down your five choices yet for your submission?

Congratulations on your sale.
Jim, I forgot to see if these had sold - I went directly to the ones that I especially like. I choose Pine St. Seattle, Otter on His Back, The Path not Taken, Bird of Paradise and Nautilus Shell. How soon will you find out?

Hi Kim,
Thanks for your suggestions. I just heard back last night that I was accepted.
One of the ones you suggested was juried, Pine Street in Seattle. The others I took
were, Childhood Memories, Baby Seal, Reflections, Taiko Drummers and Fantasy Forest.
I go in Saturday to arrange where to hang them. Looking forward to it!!

Y'know what i think? I keep thinking if I watch it long enough, like, a psychedelic James Bond is going to come into the center hole and point a water pistol at me! I can't remember which Bond movie it is from, "Spy Who Loved Me" mabye...I don't know. Great painting Jim!

Hey J Ramesh!!!
Good to hear from you again.
I tried the link you put on Naomis painting and it didn't work.
If you get the chance send me the link. I've gone into a gallery since
we last talked and things seem to be heading in a positive direction.
Glad you liked this one. Not really into abstracts, but this one seemed to garner
a lot of attention. Maybe I'll do some more.
How have you been. Would love to see some more of your paintings.

I do not usuall  care for abstract painting, but I LOVE the rich colore in this one!  I also love the way the painting drews in right into the center of it all!  Great piece!
