Rosie try using an image re sizer program. Photo shop or paint also has one as well as some free ones,
web optimizer helps to be able to post them quite big.
the limit here is 100 kb. for posts.

Retha, I am using Photoshop 7 and don't know what the problem is...it's down to a 26.7 kb now and the 72 dpi and optimized at a 5x7.jpeg.
