Is there a way to keep oils on a palette from drying out from one painting to the next?

i have a plastic container with a lid. it has about 16 square sections about 1 1/2" deep and 1 1/2" wide. each square will hold about a tube of paint. i keep my whole pallette of paints in this container and use a smaller wooden hand-held pallette to mix on. when i'm done with a painting session i put the lid down and wrap the box in plastic wrap (to make sure it's nice and clean to keep my wife happy) and put it in the freezer.
on a day i'm painting i just take the paint out of the freezer and let it thaw for a little while. i add poppyseed oil at the end of each session and give it a little stir.
just started this a couple weeks ago and all of the paint is still fluid and usable. i did clean out the burnt umber one time and renewed it. i can't seem to keep burnt umber from drying no matter.

here's a photo of the box i use.

I used to just stick a piece of plastic wrap over top and smash it down a little. Of course now I paint with disposable pallette paper and start fresh every time because I want my work to dry in between, and I use siccatives to promote this. Impatient, I am. There is a plastic palette out ther that TOTALLY seals and it holds a disposable paper palette or a rectangle of glass or wood for use as a palette. It really works, from what I gather from my art supply guy who uses it.
