Beautiful work Richard! I'll bet your wife loves this One comment....her dad's sleeve in the foreground looks really baggy.....like if he stood up, the sleeve would be longer than his arm and hand.

I'm willing to bet that this is one of those paintings that stay in an artist's family as a heirloom, too dear to part with. It's a good painting.

beginning to recognize your style....lovely double portrait...surely something to treasure..

did you photo the painting a bit skewed? so the horizon line is a bit tilted?

OWS, yes the photo is a bit skewed. I have trouble with parallel lines when I'm shooting.
Must be my tripod or the lens.
