i think the figure work itsself is pretty nicely done....though you have to pay attention to found and lost edges...soft and sharp edges...they will help you a distinguish better dimensional depth....

the choice of bg color, sometimes personal for sure...is a bit strong and overpowering, a complimentary color would have been a better choice, it would have placed the figures a bit more into the bg...instead of ontop of it..
a bit more work on the features, the two to the right of center, the blond womans head is a bit too large...the next womans glasses arnt quite right which throws off the rest of her facial alignment....all these are lil tweaks though....taking a bit more time, ~living with the painting~ a bit before deciding your finished can help!
