good work, the background just needs some working on,
some of the colours in the forground in the background will balance the composition more.

Obviously she is a good artist but need some help, i have done some digital alterations and some notes maybe that is what she wants, I do not know the ref material so it is quite wildly sugested.
Just some general notes to help.
Hope you do not mind.

Hi Retha,
Awesome rules! I will print and give to Ming as well as keep for myself! I look forward to interacting with you, with some of my work soon! Meanwhile, you are so sweet and the people here are so nice and welcoming!
I am hoping that Ming will get a computer one of these days soon. She is doing so well and I am encouraging her. All of the comments are so welcomed and appreciated!
