well just posting in hope to recive some critics to improve ^^, tough it seems like manga/anime is seen as the lowest form in this forums, guess is half true.

well so here is a couple of works, first a hallowen wallpaper, and a little demoness, both where sketched in A4 paper with HB 0.5 mechanical pencil, and then inked with liners of 0.2 and 0.5, then some quick/minor edit in photoshop to fix the contrast in the lines due to the scanning and fix some details, finally the pumpking one was paint in photoshop using cell shading in a single layer smothed with gaussian filter, still developing that for making some speed shading.

well as it looks like this dosn`t accept thumbs from external sites guess I will only leave the links for now till I learn how to fix that... sorry for the inconvenience...

PS: asdf can not use the design mode for posting, the page become so slow that is imposible to use, how can I fix that? edit: fixed it was firefox it works fine with IE

Thanks Art, I manage to get some little comission and little work but I still need to imporve quite a bit, plus I study engineering, so I don`t know if i will ever will work in arts, but it might be nice to do it someday.

and bggordon thanks, I  worked quite hard to get that effect on the pumpking one, but guess I could have used some kind of drawn in the corner instead of the lleters, but was runing out of time, and well that was the idea behind that little devil, wath better way to lure the prey.

But please fell free to critic my works and tell me wath you do not like, actually that``s the reason I came to this forum, I m looking for onother point of wief frm person that draw other stiles and are more into arts, wath could hapend but to learn something.

Hi n647...you are a really talented artist...and smart too I gather if you're studying engineering.

This is just food for thought...but we had to tell our daughter when she was younger that she could not read manga any longer since it was disrespectful to girls and women. And we're not even all 'womens issues' nuts at our house...we'd feel the same way about disrespect to young men. So....don't take this as I'm an old prude or judging or whatever...just food for thought. Some people think "nothing matters" today...but actually...everything matters!!
